Fees for services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients. Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable methods of payment, will be specified in these agreements.
5.2 Sliding Scale Fees:
For clients with financial difficulties, fees may be adjusted based on a sliding scale or alternative payment arrangements, as agreed upon in the client’s service agreement.
5.3 Late Payments:
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the client’s service agreement. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Any information shared with us as part of the services provided will be kept confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services.

7.2 Limitation of Liability:

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Termination will be effective once acknowledged by us.
8.2 Termination by A Force 2 Reckoned With:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.
9.1 Governing Law:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
